Shop Managers and staff Meet our charity shops team
After finishing school in 2019, Lella soon after joined Little Lives UK. Lella studied fashion design and reached masters level in visual merchandising. She is passionate about sustainability, eco fashion, reuse and recycling and therefore wanted to work towards this in our charity stores. Lella has been very influential in the role of area manager since joining Little Lives UK.
Rayan joined the Little Lives UK team in November 2019. Having achieved an NVQ level diploma in sales, he previously worked for BHF, Rayman and Royal Trinity Hospice in their retail division. Rayan’s organisation and dedication in operating as shop manager for our Tooting Broadway store has been incredibly important for the charity.
Aneta started working for Little Lives UK in July 2019 as a sales assistant, after finishing technical college specialising in economics. She has become an instrumental member of the team and is now the charity shop manager for our Raynes Park store. Originally from Poland, but now settled in the UK, she gained experience in a variety of roles before joining the charity.
Anett started working for Little Lives UK in September 2019 after achieving a bachelor’s degree in Law. Before joining our charity, she worked as a customer shopper patterns along with working in administration in the bank sector. Anett specialises in analysing customers behaviour regarding their shopping time and shop parts and is now the shop manager for the Fulham Broadway store. Anett is crucial towards the continued success of the charity.
Anela began working for Little Lives UK in July 2019. She has previous volunteering experience having worked for a charity shop that aimed to those who are visually impaired, whilst has also worked in Clarks shoe shop. Anela has ambitions to work for the police force after successfully completing public services to become a police officer, but first chose to help our charity and work as part of the team at our Raynes Park store.
Larissa originally worked for Little Lives UK as a volunteer but was soon after offered a shop assistant position. Larrisa comes from Brazil where she was studying business administration, whilst also volunteering for a charity, operating as President for this charity. With her previous experience of working in the charity sector, Larissa has become a valuable member of Little Lives UK.
Anastasia is originally from Italy but decided to apply to study in London. In being sales assistant for Little Lives UK, Anastasia was inspired to work as sales assistant for the charity as the area she lived in Italy did not have charity shops. Anastasia is currently studying in communication marketing, learning crucial skills such as management strategy.
Zofia joined Little Lives UK in August 2020. She previously worked in a commercial vintage store where she was responsible for the online sales channel and social media. Zofia has a background in Fine Arts and Textile and is currently undergoing an MA in Information Experience Design at RCA where sustainability and ecology lie at the core of her practice.
Originally from Switzerland, Sarah started working for Little Lives UK in June 2020. She studied in sales back in Switzerland and was undertaking an apprenticeship in high end clothing whilst studying. Looking to gain more work experience, Sarah is working hard as part of the charity’s retail division.
