Your help, their future

Little Lives have been a tremendous support to our school and we are incredibly grateful for their generosity. We have had five laptops donated, which will help more students participate in everyday learning - thank you so much!

Wow. What an amazing charity! As a teacher, being able to provide an emotion based school avoider teenager with a replacement for their broken laptop so that they could study from home was incredibly heart-warming. In this time where modern technology is commonplace, it is all too easy to forget that not everyone is in the financial position to be able to afford to replace what has become 'essential' technology. My pupil, and their mother, were both beside themselves with joy and gratitude, with the Little Lives gift. More importantly, they both appeared visibly relieved to have had a stress factor removed. Thank you so very much.

Little Lives have made an incredible difference to our school. They generously supplied us with 10 iPads, and the impact on our children has been transformative. The devices have supported learning across the curriculum, increased engagement, and given our pupils access to opportunities they simply wouldn’t have had otherwise. We are so grateful for their support – it has truly made a world of difference to our children.

I approached Little Lives UK as I work at a small primary school in greater London with very limited information technology resources. Little Lives UK incredibly kindly gifted us 15 iPads. I cannot thank them enough for their generosity. This will enable us to teach our children to become digitally literate. It will also help our pupils with SEN needs to communicate and access learning in different ways. Rebeca has been fantastic and we are so appreciative. Thank you, Little Lives UK!

Little Lives is a fantastic Charity and there needs to be more like these around! They have such a simple process and are so helpful explaining along the way. In applying for our School they have opened so many opportunities for the pupils. I do not know how we have continued without having tablets within the school.

Little Lives supported our local youth organisation with 3 laptops through their technology programme. The laptops were fantastic, and in great condition, and have made a huge difference to the young people we work with.

Little Lives have supported a lovely young person with an iPad that was much needed! This young person has additional superpowers including a special interest to different places around the world, different countries, flags and interest on GoogleEarth! Thanks to you he will be able to extend his knowledge and develop his super-skills even further!

Little Lives UK provided an iPad for a little boy so he can access a communication App (Grid for iPad) to support him to develop his communication skills. This will allow him to be able to communicate his wants and needs. The family are very grateful for this donation from Little Lives UK as this was not something they would have been able to provide for him without their support -Thank you

Well what can I say......from the moment contact was made it was great between little lives and north Somerset victim support services they went above and beyond to get my 9yr old daughter a phone as part of her emergency action plan. This was all done in the matter of 2 weeks and the phone arrived before Christmas. What a wonderful charity doing things for families in need like me who just can't afford a phone in order for my daughter to feel safe and have contact with family if she's in need of doing so. I cannot thank you enough for making this happen and taking away a mountain of stress and anxiety for me and my daughter. Thank you just isnt enough and the government need to look at this and support and back it in every shape and form.

TRAYE Project are proud to say that we've been funded by Little Lives and this funding will help us to continue to deliver our amazing youth provision. This means the world to us as we are a small, grassroots organisation and funding has been difficult to come by lately. The funding process with Little Lives was relatively easy and we felt that they understood the value in the work that we do. Little Lives ha been supporting our community boxing club for several years now. Their generous donations have provided us with the resources we need to purchases equipment and provide free sessions for hundreds of children.

Little Lives have supplied an ipad for a child I work with who has no speech but who has demonstrated an understanding of AAC. He will now have an AAC programme put on the ipad. This is going to help him so much with his communication and reduce his frustration. Thank you very very much Little Lives

It has been a pleasure to work with Little Lives UK. They have made the funding application process very easy and straightforward and we are so grateful for their financial support of our work with young people.

Little Lives UK called me as soon as they received my application and told me what the process was going to be. If they needed information, they would call me and find out, instead of emailing. This sped the whole process up and it took days from when I first spoke to them to when they actually posted the devices.

I have now received the devices and am confident that they will make a real difference in the lives of children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
