I feel like we all probably ask this question so much, especially of late as we face the cost of living crisis in the UK. We say it to ourselves, our family, the cashier and the kids… basically everyoneโฆ as we stand in shock at the counter of a shop or when we receive bills.

We do not give my children pocket money at the moment. Often, they are asked if they get any and they say no. It does not seem to bother them [I donโt think anyways!].

As adults we should be doing everything we can to help the children in our lives to be as happy and healthy as possible. This is why we believe that we need to not only offer our support, but also give children the tools they need to protect their wellbeing. Teaching them what it means and how important it is.
