If you already didn’t know, here at Little Lives UK we are on the search for a new charity ambassador. Our search for an ambassador so far has been an interesting but enjoyable one. As a children’s charity, our primary focus is to help children who are disabled or disadvantaged so we can provide support and opportunities to children facing many challenges in their young age.
Our search for an ambassador is vital for the growth of our charity for many reasons, this is because being the face of Little Lives UK will also mean being the face of: supporting children and organisations that offer activities and outreach support, raising funds which ensures that the children we help are provided the opportunity to develop the skills and confidence to participate within their community and much more.
So, what does this mean for finding a charity ambassador?
Well, our search (as you already know) is underway and we are looking at many potential candidates to help push our campaigns for all to see! With campaigns such as our children’s community support programme (which speaks and acts on helping tackle some of the major issues that children can face day to day and helping by donating over £2,000 to the Freedom Foundation CIC as an example) and our Someone To Talk To mental health project (which speaks on bringing essential mental health services into schools specifically areas in the most need) we would love to have an impressionable face on board to be able to convey the important messages we have which in turn, could help countless children across the UK.
How does an ambassador help us?
We are looking for an ambassador for our charity because there are simply so many children up and down the UK that need our help, whether its clothes or technology or even a gift in your will there are always children that are in a sadly unfortunate position, however, that’s where we come in. An ambassador would truly help us push our message as far as it will go, from going to see where our money is going to and speaking to workers in sectors that will certainly appreciate your help and support.
What are our aims with a new ambassador?
At Little Lives UK we always aim to support disabled and disadvantaged children and young people to help them build stronger futures. With a new ambassador on board, we would be able to work within our community more effectively, having more of an outreach on the community around us means that we, as a collective can help as many children as possible.
So, why are we looking for a new ambassador? We are looking for a new ambassador because we would like to maximise our outreach to those who need it. Therefore, finding a suitable ambassador is crucial to what we, as a charity, would like to achieve in terms of helping. By maximising our outreach, what we really mean is pushing the boat out to help as many people that need to be helped across the UK. We really do believe that finding a new suitable ambassador will put us solidly on track to grow as a charity and as a community, in the right direction.
Where will a new ambassador lead us to in the future?
A new ambassador will certainly help us push our aims in the here and now but where will it leave us in the future. Well, our aims will remain with the same aims and direction regardless of who we have as an ambassador which is helping children across the UK. Our only aim as of now and in the future is to help and continue to help children who are in need of clothes, technology or in need of mental health care. After all, that is our job!
As shown above our search for an ambassador is still going on. So if you or anyone you know would be interested the role do not hesitate to contact us on the website. As regards to our search, we will continue to try and find the right fit for what we are trying to achieve, and will continue to help as many children up and down the UK as possible.
