This past week thanks to everyone’s hard work staying at home to fight the virus our stores were able to reopen for the first time in months.
It was great to see so many smiling faces back in stores again and catch up with all our fabulous volunteers.
As the only charity shop currently open in our area the positive response to the reopening was great. So much of what we do as a charity would not be possible without the support of the local community and it was great to know that we still had your support.
In order to look after the community in return in all our stores we have put in one-way systems and screens around our tills. We are all very conscious here that though we may be coming out of quarantine its not over just yet. Hard work is still needed from every member of our community to get us through this trying time.
Over lockdown with many people were taking the time to do home improvements or going through their wardrobes. Which is great for you as we get to now show you all the new and exciting stock that has come into our stores. You may have even seen some of our recent Instagram posts showing some of the exciting new stock that has been coming in. We can’t wait to share more of it with you.
Once again thank you to our community through showing their support for our reopening in the last few weeks through coming back to our stores.
Last but not least, thank you so much to our volunteers. It is only through them that we were able to reopen our stores and get back to what we love doing best. We are so proud of you for coming back to us and continuing to be the smiling faces that help our community.
